Hi, I’m Cheyanne Taylor, a Real Estate Agent proudly serving Regina and the surrounding area. With five years of experience as a licensed Realtor and over thirteen years in customer service industry, I bring a strong work ethic, honesty, and consistency to every client relationship.

I believe that trust and transparency are the foundation of a successful real estate experience. Buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and my goal is to make the process uncomplicated, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible. Through my brokerage, Boyes Group Realty Inc., and my strong relationships within the community; I’m able to guide my clients with confidence and care every step of the way.

As a mother of three young children, I understand how important it is to feel heard, supported, and well-prepared when making big decisions. I take the time to truly listen and create a well-defined plan that’s built around your goals—not just the transaction. For me, real estate is about building long-term relationships and helping people move forward with confidence.

Giving back to my community is also a core part of who I am. I’ve set personal fundraising goals in support of Hope’s Home, using my business as a platform to make a positive impact within the medically compromised community. In 2026, I also plan to support the MS Society of Canada, a cause that holds deep personal meaning after losing a parent to the disease in 2025.
